Frequently asked questions
How does the vacancy filter work?
It’s an AI model. It looks at the photos in each home’s public for-sale listing and reads the description. It looks for signs of everyday life, like belongings in use. Empty rooms, staging and new construction count against a home. No filter is perfect. A few empty homes get through, and a few lived-in ones get screened out.
Why send homes that look empty?
So you can decide what to do with them. Many new listings are new builds or homes the owners have already left, and nobody there needs a mover. They stay on your list, marked, so you can skip them in your mail merge or drive by and see for yourself. If you add mail, we skip them unless you ask us not to.
Do I get the owner’s name?
Yes, for most homes, with their mailing address. When we don’t have a name, the home is addressed to “Current Resident.”
How does the free trial work?
You get two weeks free. You add a card to start the trial, and we don’t charge it until day 15. Your first list arrives within three business days and covers the past 14 days. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing.
Can I change my ZIP codes or cancel?
Yes. Reply to any list email with the ZIP codes you want, and we’ll change them for the next list. If that moves you to another plan, the price changes with it. You can cancel anytime: it’s month to month, with no setup fee. To cancel, reply to any email from us.
